Query for the CysDuF Database

The DUF_ID or PDB_ID or PFAM_ID is entered and the data can be downloaded in the form of CSV, JSON and a TXT file. DUF_ID corresponds to Domains of Unknown Function where the protein domain characterisized has no function, PDB_ID obtained from the PDB Database and the Pfam ID is retrieved from the Pfam database . For e.g. it can be entered as DUF4506 or 2kem.pdb and PF06357 and you can obtain strucutral data from the SCOPe database or PDB_ID , Biological Information, Protein microenvironment and the DeepCys Predictions . There are many DUF ID which are not characterisized and here the main focus is on DUF proteins of Electron Transport Chain, Glutathione Metabolism, Fe-S-Cluster Biogenesis, Fatty Acid Synthesis, Photosynthesis, Krebs Cycle and Pentose Phosphate Pathway to elucidate the function of Cys and can provide more information.
